Welcome to The Studio, where I spend my time painting and handling all the other behind-the-scenes details of being a fine artist. I sell my paintings through art galleries and retail shops, but I love meeting my neighbors and fellow art & design lovers, so please stop in! Katie Vigilante is currently our artist-in-residence, so you will find her hand-painting dried florals for her L.U.S.H. collection.

In addition to being a working studio, the space also serves as a gathering place for our vibrant neighborhood, including an option to rent it out for photoshoots or private events. With crisp white walls, wide-plank hardwood floors, & plenty of ambient natural light, the space is a little slice of heaven.

The Studio was recently featured as Anne Hathaway’s art gallery in the movie The Idea of You — it was so exciting to see our space on the big screen! You can read more about it in Town & Country, Glamour, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, & the Des Moines Register.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE HOURLY RATE FOR BOOKING THE SPACE?

$185 - 2 hours (we have a 2 hr minimum)

$395 - 4 hours

$795 - all day

Please note that setup and tear-down need to be accounted for when reserving your time.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

There is free street parking directly in front of the studio and all down adjacent streets.

IS THERE FURNITURE IN THE SPACE?

Yes, there are three tables and a few chairs. All tables are on casters and can be moved around. You are also welcome to hang things on the walls as long as you take care not to damage them.

CAN I BRING FOOD?

Yes, however we do not have a kitchen so keep that in mind. We do have a mini fridge that you are welcome to use for refreshments.
