A Spring Photoshoot at The Studio

When Paige, the talented photographer behind Paige Molina Photography, reached out to schedule a photoshoot for her boys at my studio, I knew I was in for a treat! Mack & Casey are about as cute as they come, and I’ve been a longtime admirer of Paige’s light and bright shooting style. Other than bringing a few seasonal props with her, she really just showed up and was able to create some magic!

With crisp white walls, wide-plank hardwood floors, & plenty of ambient natural light, The Studio at Candler Park is a little slice of heaven. When I opened the studio last spring, I knew it could function as so much more than just my working art studio. Over the past several months, I have loved getting to see photographers transform the space into their own. Situated at “The Cutest Corner in Candler Park,” it’s worth mentioning that we are right beside Candler Park Flowers, & their blooms are perfect for accessorizing a photoshoot.

Paige is hosting her annual Mother’s Day Mini Sessions at the studio on Sunday, May 1. She still has a few spots left, so be sure to snag your spot for this precious event! She will have sweet refreshments, treats, and a beautiful floral backdrop for your priceless photo gallery of you + your babe(s). The photos she took in the studio below will give you an idea for how your photos will turn out. Simply perfect!

Are you a photographer interested in booking the space for your own private shoot or mini event? When you arrive, I will have the space cleared for you to use — giving you full access to the old wide plank hardwood floors and bright white walls. The windows are north- and west-facing, so plenty of ambient light abounds. Our weekday rate is $85/hr (with a 2-hour minimum), and weekends are $125/hr (with a 3-hour minimum). These rates include a private dressing room and access to our speaker system so you can blast whatever you’re in the mood for. Please note: we are happy to help source props if you give us an idea of what you’re in search of!
